Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return your online purchase for whatever reason, we will be happy to issue a full refund for unworn, undamaged, and tagged items within 30 days of purchase.



Items purchased from must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from receiving your order. Any order that is initiated after the 30 days period will not be accepted for refund or exchange. 

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product

All returned products will be inspected upon arrival to our Litchin facility. Items must be unworn, unwashed and the original tags must be attached. If products are not in resalable condition, your refund will not be processed. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and receipt of refund confirmation via email. Refunds may only be made to the original form of payment and may take 1-3 business days to reflect depending on your financial institution.

The following are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Due to health concerns, panties, undergarments and tights that have been opened and/or tried on cannot be accepted
  • Accessories (regardless of packaging being sealed/unsealed)
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
  • Original shipping fees
  • E-gift cards
  • Items purchased from a third-party seller

Return address

If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact our customer service at to get the return address. 

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.



If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!).  Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.    

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
